I can help you to find ways to increase your understanding of one another, communicate in more effective ways, develop healthier behaviors, and make needed changes. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. PREPARE/ENRICH is an assessment tool for couples preparing for marriage or couples who would like to increase their marital satisfaction. Couples are able to take an online assessment together and go over the results with me, to discuss strengths as well as concerns.
