We all know there are tremendous benefits to movement, and at times it is hard to get it into our day, particularly if you have a sedentary job. Also, for some it is easier to talk and share when they are moving at the same time. For those that are interested, I offer both virtual “walk and talk” sessions where you can walk on your personal treadmill, or, we can discuss finding a place to walk outdoors together.
